Security Deposit
Elm Street Apartments has a $500 security deposit fee. This is a refundable deposit.
** Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references. Section 8 not accepted.
Pets
Indoor cats are welcome at Elm Street Apartments with a pet fee of $500 and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Sorry, we do not accept dogs at this time.
