Lease Terms

We would love for you to call Elm Street Apartments your home. We would be happy to set you up with a 12 month lease. At this time, we are not offering any short term leasing options.

Rental application

The application fee is $40 per adult.

Security Deposit

Elm Street Apartments has a $500 security deposit fee. This is a refundable deposit.

** Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references. Section 8 not accepted.

Pets

Indoor cats are welcome at Elm Street Apartments!

The pet deposit is $500 per pet. One pet is allowed per home.
Pet rent is $50 per month.
