Lease Terms
We offer 12 month lease terms, although you’ll find many of our residents have called Elm Street home for many years.
Security Deposit
Elm Street Apartments has a $500 security deposit fee. This is a refundable deposit.
Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.
Pets
Indoor cats are welcome at Elm Street Apartments!
The pet deposit is $500 per pet. Up to two pets are allowed per home. Pet rent is $50 per month charge/per pet. Please ask the property manager for more information.
